the labyrinth is an ancient symbol and tool for contemplation and meditation.

i have had a lifelong fascination with the patterns and uses of the labyrinth, and have used them in my own life and worked with them in some of my women’s circles.

over the last year i have been creating a workshop exploring the use of the labyrinth for contemplation, connection with self and others.  the workshop includes circle, meditation and chanting, walking a full size labyrinth, as well as creating a clay finger labyrinth to use at home.
