I am very excited to bring my Sound Circle for Women to Zen Space in Samford to share sacred space and the nourishing, heartwarming benefits of group singing and toning. Under the Moon in Cancer and supported by the delicious energy of Jupiter, Venus and Mercury nestled close together in Virgo we will sing chants from various traditions, and create together a vocal sound bath, to give thanks for the gifts of winter and usher in the new buds of spring.

Please bring a cushion, a water bottle, a shawl or wrap and socks in case it is a chilly evening.
Teas and nibblies provided
Please arrive by 5.50 pm at the latest as we will be starting right on time to make the most of our time together.

The circle is also open to daughters from 7 years of age, who are interested and able to sit in circle happily (please contact me to discuss if unsure). Babes in arms are welcome. This event is not suitable for crawling babies or small children.
